* When on the road, eat when hunger strikes. It's important to
have a little something to munch on and some water. We
can not stress enough the importance of eating nutritious
foods to have all the energy you need to get about where we are
going. An empty stomach and 12 persons in a minibus is
generally
not a good combination. Be prepared, bring along
energy bars and anything else you may need. DO NOT worry about the space, we have
lots of it on the roof. |
